Number Theory at the ANU
There are currently four of us working in analytic number theory at the ANU:
Adrian Dudek
Interests: Distribution of primes, explicit estimates, algebraic graph theory.
Stephanie Hanson
Interests: Sieve theory, approximations to the Goldbach conjecture.
Jeffrey Lay
Interests: Chebyshev biases, oscillation theorems.
Tim Trudgian
Interests: The Riemann zeta-function, elementary number theory, distribution of primitive roots.
We run an Informal Number Theory Seminar on Tuesdays in JD1177 from 4pm
to 5pm. Students and visitors
are most welcome.
