Abstract

The first occurrence of a string of 2r - 1 composite numbers between two primes (denoted by f(r) and f(r) + 2r) is tabulated for f(r) in the range 2.6 × 1012  < f(r) < 4.444 × 1012. This extends earlier computations in the range f(r) < 2.6 × 1012.

Comments

A continuation of Brent [19] to 4.444 × 1012.
